Our automated system sends out email notifications as order status changes. Please make sure you provide a valid and active email address for status updates.
Methods of Payment
- Unpaid: Shortly after placing your order online, the status shows as “unpaid”. You are free to cancel your order at this time. Please complete your payment within 24 hours. Our system automatically cancels any orders without payment after 24 hours.
- Paid/Processing: We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. There isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to make changes, please contact us via phone as soon as possible.
- Order Canceled: Order has been canceled
- In Transit: Order has left the warehouse. You may track your package with the tracking number shown under “My Order” in “My Account”.
- Order Completed: Our system automatically updates the status as “completed” 15 days after delivery of merchandise.
We offer three payment options at this time:
Shipping & Handling
- Credit Card
We accept all Visa or Master Cards for one-time payment. Credit card processed online is transmitted through SSL in order to safeguard your personal information.
- Cash On Delivery
Make the payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of your package.
- ATM Transfer
Please complete the payment within 3 days and notify us upon transfer (amount transferred & the last five digits of your banking account) for our verification purchases.
We use Black Cat Delivery Service for all orders in Taiwan.
For order placed before 12:00 noon (GMT+8), we will process the order on the same day and the package should arrive on the next day.
For order placed after 12:00 noon (GMT+8), we will process the order the next day and the package should arrive on the following day.
(If the delivery address locates in one of the islands, the delivery time depends upon the working hours of the local post office.)
Time frames for package delivery: 9am-12noon (default), 12noon-5pm, 5pm-8pm. If you have a preference other than our default, please make a note when placing order.
- Order processing time will be postponed to the next business day in observance of major holidays and any non-working days.
- Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt order processing time, we will update you with the latest service alerts when interruptions occur.
- Each order can only be delivered to one address.
- We are unable to alter delivery address once the order leaves our warehouse.
Free shipping on all orders over NT$2000 (exclude clearance items)
We charge a shipping cost of NT$110 for orders under NT$1000
We charge a shipping cost of NT$80 for orders over NT$1000 but under NT$2000
- Each order includes the invoice along with your package.
- If you need your Government Uniform Invoice (GUI) Number printed on the invoice, please note this upon your order.
- If problem occurs regarding the invoice, please send us back the original invoice and make note of your name, phone number, your order number, your address, correct title/GUI number; Our accounting departing will reissue an invoice for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international destinations for our members. International shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method, and your shipping destination.
Please make sure the country you selected for order delivery matches the country you filled out when you register. We are unable to process the order if there is a mismatch in country selected.
We currently accept credit card as the sole payment method for all international orders.
- International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) are different based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of merchandise. You will be responsible for any duties or fees that are imposed upon delivery.
- If the due charges are not paid at the time of order delivery, the merchandise will be returned back to us and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
Damaged or incorrect items
- We are sorry that we do not offer return services at the time, ONLY exchanging is accepted.
- Due to the nature of our fabric, we do not accept any exchanges once the label on the original packaging of the clothes is ripped.
- Prior to placing an order, please refer to the size chart below each product and compare the measurements with the clothes you normally wear. If you have any questions with an order/product received, please contact us within 7 calendar days upon delivery.
Important Notes for Exchanges
- We stand behind everything we make. In the rare occasion that your item is defective, damaged in transit, or that you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at +886-7-384-4369. We will take care of the return shipping cost and make everything right in a flash.
- Please note that you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt for an exchange on any damaged or defective items.
- Only a ONE-TIME exchange is allowed per order. Please select items wish for exchange carefully prior mailing out your package.
- Please complete the following steps for any exchanges within 7 calendar days upon delivery:

- After you receive our confirmation, complete the Exchange Form and enclose a copy in your package.
- Mail the package along with the completed exchange form, a NT$80 shipping fee in cash, and the original invoice to:

The following items are non-exchangeable:
- All merchandise submit for an exchange must be in its original condition. The original invoice and packing slip should be mail in along with your package. We reserve the right to deny your request for exchange if any of the items misses from the package received.
- Please put the items you wish to exchange in the original package when possible. If the original box is loss, please make sure your new packaging is intact in order to avoid any damage to your items during transit.
- Items request for exchanges will be inspected by our warehouse upon receipt. We reserve the right to determine whether items returned can be processed for exchange.
- Request for exchanges is received more than 7 calendar days after receipt
- Undergarments and other intimate apparel
- Item that has been worn, used, or has tags/liners removed
- Items that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is altered
- Items with Label that has been ripped from the original package
- Items without original invoice or packing slip
